Consultations
- 
A consultation is required before booking any tattoo appointment. 
- 
Consultations ensure that the design, size, placement, and style are clearly understood before tattooing begins. 
- 
Appointments may not be scheduled until a consultation has been completed. 
Deposits
- 
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. 
- 
Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo. 
- 
Reschedules must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new date. 
- 
Cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 
- 
Deposits for multi-session pieces carry over until the project is complete, provided appointments are maintained and communication remains consistent. 
Pricing
- 
Current rate: $260 per hour. 
- 
Prices are subject to change and depend on design complexity, size, and placement. 
- 
Quotes are estimates only and may vary slightly once tattooing begins. 
Session Expectations
- 
Tattoo sessions are full-day appointments, with a dedicated break for lunch or dinner. 
- 
The duration of each tattoo session is determined by Adser, based on the flow and progress of the work. 
- 
Clients are expected to arrive on time, well-rested, sober, and prepared. 
- 
Late arrival, intoxication, or failure to meet readiness requirements may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. 
Client Preparation & Requirements
- 
Arrive clean, with the tattoo area washed and free of lotion or oils. 
- 
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that provides easy access to the tattoo area. Ink, ointment, or body fluids may stain clothing—avoid wearing anything you would not want damaged. 
- 
Arrive well-fed and hydrated. You’re welcome to bring a drink, snack, or a meal for longer sessions. 
- 
If you have any medical condition requiring clearance, a doctor’s note must be provided at your appointment. 
- 
A valid government-issued ID is required and will be photocopied before tattooing. 
- 
All clients must complete and sign the required consent and release forms prior to their session. 
Designs & Artwork
- 
All tattoo designs are the intellectual property of Adser Tattoos. 
- 
Designs are created specifically for each client and are not shared or reused. 
- 
Reference images are welcome, but used for inspiration only. Tattoos are not to be copied. 
Health & Safety
- 
Adser Tattoos upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. 
- 
All equipment is sterile and single-use. 
- 
Please notify Adser Tattoos in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns. 
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- 
Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. 
- 
Only one reschedule per deposit is permitted unless otherwise approved. 
- 
Failure to show up or cancel within 72 hours of your appointment results in loss of deposit and may affect future booking eligibility. 
Refund Policy
- 
Refunds are not available under any circumstances. 
- 
All deposits and payments are final. Please be certain of your commitment before booking. 
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.
